Anna Motture Garden Design is an independent, female-led business, based in Walthamstow, London. Anna offers services in Garden Design, Planting Plans & After-care. She can work with you to transform any size of outdoor space from balconies through to large rambling gardens and is adept at providing design solutions that fit to your budget.
Costs
During the month of August, she is offering free consultations (45 minutes) where she will visit you and your garden and discuss with you ideas for your space (must be Walthamstow based).
Design fees start from £400.00 which includes a site survey, a planting palette and layout plan - all plants that are suggested will be horticulturally appropriate for your garden and layouts will fit with your brief.
Anna is able to source plants for you and uses reputable nurseries where the plant quality is exceptionally high. Anna and her team are also able to plant for you (charged at an hourly rate of £35 per person).
Many garden transformations require hard-landscaping. Anna can produce design solutions for this too. She works alongside a hand-selected group of contractors that she trusts and who deliver quality work.

Anna begun her journey into horticulture during the maternity leave of her second child. She passed her Diploma in Garden Design at The British Academy of Garden Design with a distinction and then went on to specialise in plant design at Capel Manor where she gained a Level 3 Diploma in 'Plants & Planting Design'.
She is continuing her studies in maintenance at Capel Manor's Regent's Park campus where she has access to and works within the Royal Parks.

Behind the scenes...
In garden design, we are trying to replicate what nature does in the wild. Unlike in nature, plants don't just dance into place. We work hard, have a laugh and make a mess on the way. Here are some of my favourite moments...
I paid my children to 'help' with our own garden. They 'worked' for approximately 7.5 minutes!
