The garden is now a place to eat, rest and play either for the close-knit four or for more social occasions, with friends and family.

Planting is mostly vibrant evergreens with interest in foliage - this keeps maintenance at a low.

The front garden continues to house evergreens with some winter flowering Mahonia. An existing rose has been revitalised and sits alongside a corkscrew bay and scented jasmine to create a formal yet welcoming approach to the house.

The existing garden was tired and cluttered. There was no structure in planting or layout with cramped areas to sit and a very old shed blocking the space!

FRONT GARDEN
The front garden used to be dominated by an overgrown Leylandii hedge - blocking all light into the family’s living room and proving unsightly for passers-by. The existing side entrance was tired and unwelcoming with uneven paving and no planting.
